‘Nordic Shadows’ by Lone Quist Edwards

We’re delighted to be showing Lone Quist Edwards’ work for Art in the Window during June/July.

She talks about her work here:

‘I studied interior design in Copenhagen in the late 60’s.

My work is generally described as abstract. I am inspired by my Scandinavian background where light and colour play an important role in people’s daily life – especially during the winter months when daylight is short and the landscape bleak. Spontaneity is key to my work, and I love the unpredictability of outcome.’
